Be an Advocate and Partner for PCOS Awareness!

We are appealing to you, as your constituents and individuals who care deeply about PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) to respectfully request your immediate assistance in recognizing and acting on behalf of women and girls with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Up to 10% of women and girls in the United States alone have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and less than half know they have it!

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a complex hormonal disorder for which there is no cure.  For  many women and girls it  means having to face daily battles with a range of symptoms that can vary from woman to woman such as infertility, dark skin patches, obesity, acne, hair loss, excess facial and body hair and skin tags.

PCOS is a physical and emotional drain on many individuals with the syndrome due to the devastating external manifestations and hormonal imbalances produced as a result of this syndrome.  Additionally, many women with PCOS are insulin resistant, a condition that raises the level of insulin circulating in the body and in many cases causes women with PCOS to become overweight or obese.

If left untreated PCOS can be a precursor to many life threatening conditions including type II diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, stroke and kidney problems.  This means PCOS contributes to some of the leading causes of death and disability in women today

The works of leading researchers, organizations and educators aim to provide the PCOS Community and its supporters with the necessary resources to ensure each and every woman with this condition is provided with adequate diagnosis, treatment, insurance and support.

They are however, faced with many challenges as up until recently, there had been no set guidelines or recommendations for diagnosis and treatment of  PCOS and government agencies such as NORD still list what is obviously a very common disorder as rare!

With proper education, diagnosis and treatment, effective management is possible.  All women and girls who are dealing with menstrual irregularities, weight problems and/or insulin problems should be tested for PCOS.  Furthermore, every medical professional who deals with women should recognize PCOS!

Your recognition and action on behalf of the PCOS Community  would ensure women and girls with PCOS will no longer have to suffer silently and medical professionals can be given the proper training, resources and insight to help put PCOS in check!

We encourage you to investigate PCOS thoroughly and invite you to speak with the organizations and community members who have made their mission to support, educate and inform on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ( PCOS)

The following resource is available for you to continue your investigation in to this matter

  1. I want to spread awareness for pcos! I just posted my story about having pcos a couple days ago. I used to feel embarrassed and didn't want to talk about it. I didn't want to admit that hey, because of this, I have facial hair, because of this it's been 5 years and I still haven't been able to give my husband a baby. But I finally decided to do it. And I posted it for all my fb friends to see. I want to spread awareness and become an advocate but I just don't know how to!

  3. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a condition that affects a woman's hormone levels. Women with PCOS produce higher-than-normal amounts of male hormones. This hormone imbalance causes them to skip menstrual periods and makes it harder for them to get pregnant. But with Agbara Herbal Cleanser, This Pcos will be cured and it will regulate and balance your Hormones and You will get Pregnant very easy, Use Agbara Herbal Cleanser , Cure your Pcos and get pregnant very fast. The cysts are not harmful, but they can lead to an imbalance in hormone levels. Women with PCOS may also experience menstrual cycle abnormalities, increased androgen (sex hormone) levels, excess hair growth, acne, and obesity…
Most ovarian cysts are small and don't cause symptoms. If a cyst does cause symptoms, you may have pressure, bloating, swelling, or pain in the lower abdomen on the side of the cyst. This pain may be sharp or dull and may come and go. If a cyst ruptures, it can cause sudden, severe pain., To avoid all this pains and cure it completely, Just use Agbara Herbal Deep Cleanser, and everything will be clear and you can get pregnant without any problem. drcureherbalhome@gmail.com.
